Passion Rhum

Rum, Ron, Rum connection.

The rums have multiple origins The Caribbean, Latin America or the Philippines.
More than ever in the air time, rum seduces.

At the bartenders, cocktail by its sweetness.
At the youngest during the evenings without complex under Latinos tunes.
In the purists who accompany an old rum of a good cigar from Havana.

For the Ti punch, I often propose the white rum from Martinique La Favorite Rivière Bel Air, which comes from a single parcel, and whose unique texture will surprise more than one connoisseur.

I particularly like Navy Rum, a brown rum that reveals subtle aromas of exotic fruits, orange peel and vanilla.
 
But my preference at the moment goes to Habitation Saint Etienne (HSE), old distillery of Martinique which produces an extra old agricultural rum (6 years).

A symphony, salted butter and toffee, complex and rich aromas, spices, old leather, woody notes, tobacco on the finish.
